Dianne Mouaikel is the Director of Human Resrouces for Financial One Accounting. She has a BA degree in General Studies from the University of Texas – Dallas with a focus in Management and Organizational Behavior. Dianne’s career began at Taylor Publishing Company in Dallas, Texas where she eventually moved into a recruiting role before relocating to Michigan. Dianne spent 18 years in the financial services industry working for Roney & Co, which later became part of Raymond James & Associates. She held various positions including Director of HR for Roney & Co. and Senior HR Business Partner for the Private Client Group at Raymond James where she and her team provided HR services to over 2,600 of the organizations 6,500 employees.
Upon leaving Raymond James in December of 2009, Dianne began consulting for various non-profit organizations in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area. She joined Financial One in November of 2014 with the objective of building a strong internal HR function for this growing organization and providing HR consulting services to the clients of Financial One. Today, in addition to providing comprehensive HR services to Financial One, she has provided consulting and structural/compliance audit services to client organizations and is responsible for variety of other functions including building security relationship management, IT/phone system relationship management, payroll and HR related services vendor relationship management, Website/LinkedIn site development and maintenance, and emergency action planning.
Dianne’s professional certifications include the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resources Management, and is a PXT Select Certified Expert Practitioner.
Dianne is married to George Mouaikel. They have 4 sons, Joseph, Zachary, Nicholas, and Christopher.
